The main tasks of the "Contact Center":
• round-the-clock reception of citizens' appeals by phone and online;
• identification of responsible business entities for the performance of works in accordance with the received applications, complaints and notifications;
• providing feedback to the subjects of appeals;
• 24-hour online viewing of the video surveillance cameras of the city's video surveillance system and immediate notification of the authorized subjects of the response.
In fact, the Contact Center began its work on April 1, 2021. Accordingly, the emergency dispatch service of KP "Housing and Communal Center" stopped its work.
